Estates

Whether dealing with a few items or the contents of a large estate, Dr. Christensen was trained in London and has 15 years of experience helping families manage and sell their belongings. This can include:

  • Initial Consultations (Free): a site visit to determine the breadth and potential value of an estate.

  • Valuation (Charged per item or per hour): the identification, description, and valuation of items used for valuing, insuring, or sale of an estate.

  • Estate sale (One-time fee or percentage of overall sales): organizing, marketing, and managing the sale of an estate.

In the course of inheriting, buying, and selling works, it can be helpful to have the advice. Dr. Christensen can help with:
